Conditions applicable to booking requests and accommodation.
Nature of the request
The form on this website constitutes a booking request. Submitting it starts the process but does not in itself create a right to a specific room or constitute a confirmed booking.
Booking process
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you to confirm availability, explain the applicable conditions and set out the steps needed to formalise the booking. A booking is confirmed once the corresponding accommodation contract is signed and the agreed payments are made.
Prices and conditions
Published prices are the starting point for each room type and are expressed per month. They may vary depending on the length of stay and the academic year. Whether utilities and other items are included is confirmed alongside the accommodation conditions.
Stay
The minimum stay is one academic semester. You may renew your stay throughout your university years, subject to availability and to the conditions applicable each academic year.
Services
The residence has shared kitchens for residents' use. No board or catering service is offered. The other services described on this website are provided on the terms set out in the accommodation contract and the residence's internal rules.
Changes
Ola Living Valladolid reserves the right to amend these terms and the information published on this website. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the request.
