Where is the residence located?
Ola Living Valladolid is at Calle Pasión, 9, in the very centre of Valladolid, a few steps from the Plaza Mayor.
Are rooms available right now?
Yes. The residence is open and taking bookings for the current year and the upcoming academic year. Availability varies by room type — get in touch and we'll confirm what's free.
What room types are available?
Three types: single with bathroom, single without bathroom, and double without bathroom.
How much do the rooms cost?
Prices start at €480 per month for the single without bathroom, €350 for the double without bathroom and €590 for the single with bathroom. All prices are per month and exclude VAT (10% is added).
What does each room include?
All rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, lamp and mini-fridge.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 9 months — a full school year.
Can I stay for my whole degree?
Yes. You can renew your room throughout your university years, subject to availability and to the conditions applicable each academic year.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes. The residence has shared kitchens so residents can prepare their own meals.
Does the residence offer a meal service?
No. There is no board or catering service; residents use the shared kitchens.
Is there a laundry?
Yes. The residence has a laundry area.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. There is Wi-Fi in rooms and common areas.
Are utilities included?
We confirm exactly what each rate includes, along with the accommodation conditions, when you book.
How do I book a room?
Complete the booking form or call us. Our team confirms availability and guides you through the process up to signing the contract.
Does submitting the form confirm my booking?
No. The form starts the process: your booking is confirmed once the accommodation contract is signed and the agreed payments are made.
Do the prices include VAT?
The prices we show are per month and do not include VAT, which is added according to the applicable rules. We give you the final price with VAT applied when you confirm your booking.
Are there rooms for Erasmus students or shorter stays?
The minimum stay is 9 months, a full school year. If you need a shorter stay, get in touch and we'll check whether there's availability depending on the time of year.
